Are presale codes going to the inbox in HQ?

Good morning,

this morning at 9am CET the presale for the Vienna concert started. At exactly 9am I logged in with the "thieves" PW and unfortunately the ticket site gave me a message saying "contingent for this event sold out".
Now normally I wouldn't write you about this, but here I'm a little puzzled. There are 11 peeps who have RSVPd to this event, meaning that exactly 11 people (+ probably thos 5 who clicked maybe) got this presale code.
This means that if by 9:05 all tickets of the contingent were sold out - either everyone of those 11 peeps ordered an enourmous amount of tix or the continget was brutally small (like 10 tix?).
Either way - this is very dissapointing for a long time fan.

This is not to complain and mock around - just to let you know.
I've been following HQ and enjoyincubus for many many years and was very happy, that for once a band also regards their european fans and even us austrians. But with this presale, I don't feel priviledged or regarded, I feel punked and am brutally dissapointed.

I really wonder how many tickets were in the presale? Maybe the ticket-site doesn't work properly? I'd be very happy if you could look into this matter.. us fans care.
