I don't think any band has any control over that unfortunately...but I don't want this tour to be tainted by what happened. We're going to go to a show...rock out...and finally get to meet each other. I'm excited!! :)
Well at least she had a ticket...that is some comfort. Yeah stubhub always has a ton of tickets at jacked up prices. It's a shame because unless that money is going to charity, Incubus wouldn't want their fans paying that much to see them.

I'll have to think about it and really come up with something awesome. Guess I don't have that much time, though. Although, I was so nervous to meet them that I didn't even start their portraits until a few days before I gave them to them! lol I definitely work better under pressure!
Hey Renee! Sorry for the late reply. But during the 20 seconds of meeting Brandon, he was incredibly nice and down to earth! Maybe if I actually got to chat with him, I would have experienced his funny side.
I don't really do anything abstract, but I do paint landscapes. I guess that comes from doing portraits...my things tend to be on the realistc side rather than the abstract side. But that's a really good idea. Maybe I could paint something from Venice Beach! lol Too bad I can''t go there for inspiration!
I do need pics for the meet and greet...just don't know which direction to go in. I don't want them to be too similar to the other ones that I gave them, ya know?
Yes, I did meet them, but once is definitely not enough! I've never been to the Beacon Theatre, but I'll see them anywhere! And I'm sure you will meet them! I can feel it! lol With the pic of Brandon, I just thought he looked so sexy during that song, among others, that I had to capture it. I did the same thing with Earth to Bella. haha! You know, you totally had me thinking about drawing and I don't think I have done a portrait in over a year! That's not good.
I actually am pretty proud of the one of Mikey with the checked shirt. For whatever reason that one just flowed. The one that you're talking about with Brandon singing is from the Look Alive dvd. I paused the dvd and took a picture of him while he was singing "A Kiss to Send Us Off". LOL I couldn't help myself! I haven't done a portrait in months...wow close to a year...better get on that before I lose it! Can you believe that pic of Leah with Brandon??? So jealous!! lol
