If you're getting too many update emails from this site, go to your 'settings' and change your email preferences. See below screen captures.

for a second i thought,yeah i got to many email notification,n i follow ur instruction.but after it comes to the email setting page.....i was thinking...,nope i wouldn't change a thing, n i "do" want to receive all the notification regarding the IWHQ.so i've change my mind :).thx anyway for the info Jake.
