Comment by Renee on July 27, 2011 at 10:14am Thanks, Jake. Much appreciated. One other question though: on the Incubus eBay page, where all the VIP packages are listed and the buyer status for each one is shown, there are no listings for my round-two venue (Jones Beach, September 3). Will this information be posted soon?
Thanks again!
Comment by Incubus on July 26, 2011 at 3:34pm Hi Renee-
I'll take you through one of the listings as an example:
This is in the FAQ on each auction:
Q: What does the L# (i.e. L03/L04) represent in the listing title?
A: The L#s merely represent the Auction Lot #. They do not represent a seat or laminate number.
So for Indianapolis this is lot 21 and 22 out of a total of 26 lots offered for that show. We give you guys section and rows in the markets where seats are NOT GA.
So, in this particular above auction it's Sec C Row R.

Comment by Renee on July 25, 2011 at 9:41am I have a question about the tickets being at auction. I looked at all the venues in the first round and checked out both the offered seats and the venue seating charts, but I can't figure out where any of the offered seats are located in the venues. They're all prefaced with an "L" and I assumed that the numbers after the L were the row numbers. But that doesn't make sense, because there are often no "L" sections or rows in the venues or they're not shown in the seating charts, and not only that, the much higher bids look like they're for seats in what appear to be rows that are much further back.
So-- how can we tell, looking at the info given for a particular VIP package, exactly where in the venue the seats are?
Thanks!
