Please do not steal this!

Since I was asked how to 'interpret' this, well. It can really be anything you want, but the intended meaning was very personal for me. The girl falling off of the 'cliff' there is me; the idea is that Incubus is saving me from certain doom at the bottom of whatever that drop entails and pulling me back up to safety. It is as simple a metaphor as I could make, visually, for the impact the band has had on my life.
