Did anyone pre-order the digital download of the album? If so, are you having problems downloading it? Everytime I try to "click here" to start the download I get an error message. It's pissing me off - I want my new Incubus! =(

I contacted the customer service people so hopefully they'll fix it SOON.

I ordered my tickets at 9pm on the Tuesday presale started and had no trouble getting GA floor tickets. So basically the best seat you can get the "pit". Sorry that some of you didn't get such good seats but you know it will still be an awesome show :)

I just pre-ordered for the VA Beach show and got section 102 (front center), row B.  That's the kind of seat we should've been able to get for Merriweather.

I've settled down a bit and feel better now that the best available seat is GA, there are no more pavilion seats.  But still, many others got better seats than we did and that sucks.  I think things will be better for the VA Beach pre-sale since Live Nation isn't incompetent.  Now if only I could find the code around here because it's not in the Virginia fans group.  :)

My issue is that the best tickets should be reserved for those who pre-order the album or are here.  It makes *no* sense that the general public should get better seats than the hardcore fans.  What's the point of pre-ordering the album or taking the time to be here if we don't get shots at the best seats?  What's so great about being able to buy tickets before everyone else if everyone else can get better seats?  I'm going to have my husband call Ticketfly, he's the kind of guy every customer service rep fears because he won't give up until he gets what he wants in situations like this.

This is all true but just the fact that their company is so incompetent that I can't use my already created account to buy my ticket, so i end up having to forfeit my better tickets because I ran out of time. Then I call customer service and they basically scoff a me saying they can't give me better ticketsor help AT ALL. Then they open up regular ticket sales with The better seats they couldn't offer me, the much better seats. I could've cancelled my order and just rebought when they opened up to the public, but even that piece of info was left off.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy I just have tickets. But Ticketfly is still a useless shit of a ticket broker, making Ticketmaster look godlike in its comparison.

In regards to ticket/seat selection, you have to keep in mind that at any given moment there are several people trying to buy tickets, opening windows, "holding" tickets, then releasing them if they are not good enough.  Also, they won't open all tickets for pre-sale, meaning when tickets go on sale to the public, they have just a good a chance as getting first rows as people in the pre-sale.  Not to mention, bands often hold a certain amount of tickets and may release them later for sale.  You have to accept that there is a great deal of randomness to the process.  Be happy you have an opportunity to buy tickets before everyone else, with no hassle, and have a great time at the show no matter where you sit.

I don't think there's much that can be done. I looked and there was one L ticket but if you tried to buy two tickets you were getting row JJ or DD.
