Soundcheck
Hi everyone!
I would like to know if someone could tell me about how I can see the soundcheck of Incubus, because when I bought the tickets there wasn't other options. So, it's possible to pay and see or just through prize draws (sponsored from tv, radio etc)?

As far as I know, there is pretty much no way to attend soundchecks short of working for the band or venues, and even then, it's work, not play. You could just hang around the venue, you usually can hear them soundcheck, just not see. And depending on the venue, you might be able to see from outside, but probably not very well haha

Fistly, the last time they came here in Italy it was possible to see the soundchecks and the backstages, maybe in your country they did it in a different way. So my question was addressed to those ones who had this kind of experience.
Secondly, I know it is work and I don't see any problems in seeing their soundcheck!
Finally if you don't want answer it seriously please just don't do it!

The band generally does not allow fans at their soundchecks or rehearsals. They prefer to allow that time to be private time so that they can decide what they're going to play or what they aren't ready to bring back out yet, as they have a lot of songs in their discography they could play at any given night. They prefer to be at the absolute top of their game at every show, which means they frequently practice songs at soundcheck which don't actually get played at the concert that night. IF the band is in a particular mood they might invite fans in for the soundcheck, but I must stress that this is absolutely the exception and not the rule. The only time I am personally aware of the band having done it is in cases in which the fans were waiting outside in weather (such as extreme cold or heavy rain) and could be made safer by bringing them into the venue.
Likewise, backstage passes aren't the kind of thing that are offered with ticket packages. This is a common misconception--a lot of people seem to think that the Meet and Greet packages are the same as a backstage pass. They are not. There are a limited amount of passes for every show, and while some of them may be given away during radio contests or venue contests or the like, but there is generally speaking no way for a fan to 'guarantee' getting a backstage or afterparty pass to any given show. Many of the people who receive them are simply lucky, or persistent, or both.
For the record, I'm not the one to ask for these things. I can't get anyone passes, and I can't put anyone on the list.
If you want to meet the band, your best bet is to save up for the Meet and Greet packages that will be offered next time they come through your area. All of the money earned by the M&Gs goes straight to the Make Yourself Foundation, the band's charity organization, so you can feel good about where the money for the package goes. If you win an M&G you will be able to speak with each of the men in the band, as well as get an item signed, and usually you get some sort of fun souvenir with art either Brandon or Jose designed on top of that.
