So it's almost that time.... HQ box sets should be shipping any day now and that means those of us who bought them should be getting them in the mail soon!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to make this thread so we can take pictures with our unique pieces of canvas we get. Also, I think it would be fair for us to trade canvases, because if someone happens to get the piece I drew of Mikey surfing, I would totally trade for it!! Of if you get Brandon's art, but want Ben's, etc. But if you're gonna come in here and try to sell it only for profit, I will virtually punch you and get your post deleted. This is not ebay and I don't take nicely to scumbags trying to make a quick buck off fans (that goes to you too SCALPERS). If you are going to trade, please use common sense and discretion. If some person who only has the default picture and no other posts but wants you to send the canvas to a PO box and pay you with moneygram, don't do it. Don't get scammed, be smart.

Otherwise, have fun, admire and envy other's canvases and good luck with your "booster pack" box sets because you never know what canvas you might get!

Hi there ... I thought I was the only one, I got the same issues as you guys. i've received my boxset without the dvd/blu ray set. I'm pissed and going crazy trying to find a contact number to explain my problem to topspin with no luck.
I,ve opened a ticket with them Aug 20 and I got an answer today indicating that my case was deemed solved with no further explanation.
i've already opened my ticket again. i dont know what else i can do :(

Geez!  I'm starting to wonder if someone stole different pieces of different box sets to put together a new Frankenstein box set.  On this message board, we have a missing vinyl, missing book w/ canvas, missing CD book and missing DVD/Blu-Ray book.  Sounds like someone at Top Spin wanted a copy of the HQ box set after it was already sold out and just decide to make a new one.   :/

Yep, Topspin is not very keen on having to deal with customer service.  :P  (They are more than happy to take your money though.)

I would say file another ticket every day and ask for Brad Barrish, Head of Operations for Topspin:

No word since then...

I just got a reply from Miranda Degnan from Topspin. Hope this helps for you and the other guys. Keep tracking your requests. Hope to have more news soon.

Hi Jorge. I'm so sorry to hear that your box set arrived and is missing items. We are in direct contact with the manufacturer and they have told us that they will be able to get replacement items out to you directly. Once I have confirmation that those items have shipped from the manufacturer, I will follow up with tracking information. I hope you guys get your missing pieces asap.  That really is a disgrace!!!  

I know this is a bit off topic but, I couldnt log into get the free bootlegs, we were told we would get due to the Box Set delay.  I emailed top spin to let them know my "code" wouldnt work and have still not heard back from them.  I emailed them last Tuesday.  Was anyone else having that problem too?

My request was transferred to Miranda Degnan as well but she never sent me a response. I have since been in touch with the Better Business Bureau and submitted a complaint. Waiting to see what happens. Would love to just get the missing piece, but I guess if all does not go well, then I'll have to be happy with getting my money back.

mine was returned to sender due to a bad zip code, and after brief replies with a total lack of information, i basically got told too bad. good news for you, maybe, is that one of the reasons they gave me was that it could have been used to fill missing items from other orders.

of course they also told me they couldn't resend it because they didn't know where it was, so, take that with a grain of salt:

"Truthfully, it would be impossible to track down, as I have no way of knowing the exact date it came back, or if it was entered into the system for replacement parts...In all honesty, I don't know what happened to it."

ironic given the tracking number shows where & when it was returned to them, but whatever.

i wish i could say i'd never buy anything from Topspin again, but if incubus continues their relationship them, i guess i don't have much of a choice. 

Michael, yeah, I am getting pretty close to my own BBB report.  I haven't heard anything from Topspin since 8/28.  If I hit Tuesday, two weeks without hearing a word from Topspin, then I will submit my own BBB report...  ARG...

I just received a response from Miranda on September 10. They must have standard messages they send out to people because my response is verbatim to yours except for my name substituted where yours is. I have heard back from the BBB saying they have been in touch with Topspin so still waiting from both ends now.

My code did work the one time I tried it.

Yep it's tape...I'm working on getting a pic posted....the canvas is blank with three strips of green tape then their signatures...you can even tell the difference from where the markers hits the tape vs the canvas :)
