What is the most valuable thing you have learned as a musician since working with Incubus? Also, what is one experience (whether a concert or a  particular time spent with the band) that was very special to you?

How can you define the band's creative process? I mean when you guys are giving ideas for a song how do you achive to blend all the elements and does it comes easy with the years?
