Morning Briefing

Lots of people that are on line for the morning briefing haven't the right conection to see it, so miss the most of it. I was thinking in doing a audio only stream at low bitrate (64kbps or 48kbps MP3/ogg) so everybody can enjoy the morning briefings live.
