"Invite Only Performances by Incubus" at HQLive -How To Qualify
Incubus is planning a week of events here in Los Angeles to celebrate the release of their new album "If Not Now, When?". And all kinds of things are going to be happening, from chats with the band, musician's clinics, behind the scenes look at the tour prep, and most of all some very special performances from the band from June 30-July 6...Six performances in all and all of it is going to be broadcast live on the internet. But for a lucky few, you can be part of the live in studio audience. Only 75 people can attend each performance so these invites will be highly in demand. Tickets are not being sold for these events. Its invite only and we can't figure out who to invite. That's where you come in. Give us some ideas of how we can pick the list. Think out of the box and think about how we can give everybody who'd like to be there a fair shot. Think about how we can involve fans not just from LA but also Incubus fans in the US and internationally as well. We will be keeping an eye out for great ideas and look forward to seeing the most deserving fans sitting on the couch that week.

Am I the only one????
Every time I tell someone I am a huge Incubus fan and am going to see them in Santa Barbara, they tell me "You are going to be surrounded by teenyboppers" WTF? I am a forty-something woman who enjoys Alternative Music. I have been listening to KROQ since the 80's, back when they were a hole in the wall station on Los Robles in Pasadena. I have two teenage boys and we all enjoy the same music. Incubus has been my favorite band for quite some time. Tell me that there are fans out there my age who love the band as much as I do!

yes, if you hurry.. like I said when it all was FULL they are prolly changing and remapping everything in edit mode, so now it looks as though they are trying to finish up the appointments so that they can work everyone into this amazing event! Working hard to make all of us fans happy.. now if we could only get that hq show invite.. heheheh GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!! HURRY AND MAKE APPOINTMENTS!!

I wonder if we can change our appt? I'd love to be able to come in the afternoon instead of the morning but I don't want to cancel the appt I have and lose my spot :(

yes I cancelled my 4th of july appointment (sadly, thought it was gonna be the most epic 4th of july in another state everrr) and now I made an appointment on the 6th... so you have to cancel and reschedual quick before its full again. Your sooo cool susan!! rock out with me.. when are you and your friends going to go now??

we were rescheduled to noon on monday the 4th...had been at 4 pm...now i see that 5 pm is available...can we cancel & reschedule then??? jeez this is making me crazy lol

I'm so glad that there are spots open again! (Since my original sign-up apparently disappeared in the abyss of the internet) Too bad none of my friends will be in town to go with me... But I'm sure I'll be meeting other awesome Incubus fans there :)

Thanks Sarah! I did it lightning fast and I was able to cancel and book a new appointment for the 6th @ 1pm. I'm so excited! I'm surprised the afternoon slots aren't full because Ren said the prime time for when the guys will be there is about 12-3pm :)
