Just downloaded Morning View in its entirety... doesn't seem to work.  Is this the same for everyone?

 

Awesome work to all btw, would love to live near the HQ and see this stuff live!

Harry theres 2 problems why it's probably not working.  The first is that you're using the same default picture as me, and the second is that you have to download VLC player. http://www.videolan.org/vlc

 

Install that pick and different chuck face and you should be good to go.
