Mike, Kilmore, Jose and Brandon will be doing separate video chats over the course of the HQ Anniversary party, and they'll be answering your questions straight from the internet. To cut down on the amount of confusion going on in the chat room while they're live, we will be pulling the best questions from this thread to ask them on-air.
This thread is for questions for Brandon Boyd only.

Permalink Reply by Johanna on March 8, 2012 at 5:25am Hey Brandon. I wondered if there's a song of you, which you don't really like playing anymore? Which you played too much in the past so you got sick of it? ;)
And how do you choose songs for the setlists for every concert?
Keep going!

Btw, love your drawings, I need one of the Hurley Hope Campaign Shirts! :D

Permalink Reply by Melanie Marsman on March 8, 2012 at 6:03am Dear and beloved Mr. Boyd,
When you and your fellow mateys will come to Amsterdam, the 10th of July, I will be photographing, wich means I will be in the Press Room next to the Backstage.
I'd like to take this opportunity to answer on a question you asked in From The Murks... in the story about elevators. I'd like to take a moment, on the 10th of July, to step into the elevator together at the Heineken Music Hall, to just enjoy the awkward silence.
To still ask you a question, how about you?

Permalink Reply by Ama Dell on March 8, 2012 at 6:15am Are you guys planning to come to Argentina? and if you will come to my country, please Brandon, could you do an art exibition?
Hi Brandon!!! My name is Katrina and I'm from the Philippines.
We miss you guys already (just saying!!!) and we look forward to seeing you again!
Anyway... my question issssss: how do you manage to stay calm and be positive and brush off the negative vibes, on and off the road, from within and around. I am not an expert in reading people... The way your lyrics transcribe has again proven to be very helpful to most of us (INNW most specially), and with the positive energy that's getting through across, plus the light feeling of seeing you on interviews, of observing how humbled you are despite of the success, the continuous effort of supporting different causes, and the genuine gratitude that we've exchanged a million of times, I'd like to learn your words of wisdom too.
Sorry, I'm not really good in peptalks and asking questions. I look forward to the next show and meet up in (hopefully) the not so distant future!! Sending you all the love and light from my heart which is currently located halfway around the world, passing through the desert, the mountains, the ocean, through time.

I once seen on one of the vdo clip on Youtube related to your meditation. As I am from Bangkok, Thailand and also being a Buddhism. I am practice my meditation also. So, I would like to know your way to practice meditation.
What do you think about the "Nature of existence" which mainly teach about the Existence, Dependent arising and the last one is "Emptiness"? ... And because of you are practice meditation, is it useful to use on your daily life and also your works i.e. as a song writer, as an artist?
Haha, is it a long question? So, you can answer just only your opinion about practice the meditation :)
Thank you & Best regards,
Parn Preamrasamee (From Bangkok, Thailand)
