what about the tickets now? how can i refund my money when i'm not from austria. what about the meet and greet tickets?

@ Sarah, as Lauren said if they reschedule it'll take a long time and it's not even sure it'll happen. Better get a refund and rebuy the ticket if we get a new date.

the official statement says that the tix will be refunded, so i guess we'd be safe with getting them "changed back" to money... (and buy new tix if a date should be scheduled at a later point)

No, you will be able to receive a refund on your ticket from your point of purchase. That should be  possible now for the show in Munich, and starting tomorrow morning for Vienna's concert. We are not honoring the current tickets, to my best knowledge, because we don't know if there will be any rescheduled dates and we'd rather not hold peoples' money hostage.

If the cancelled cities get new dates, we will announce the dates once they're scheduled and locked in. That process can take a long time (we're still working on South America, for example), so it might be a while.
