Due to an illness in the band, we regret to inform our fans that Tuesday’s show in Munich will be cancelled. Tickets can be refunded at the point of purchase beginning Tuesday morning. Thanks for the support and hope to see you guys soon! - Incubus

does anybody know, what do they mean by "Please have your certificate
from the auction or photo ID"? where is that certificate? is it enough to bring only my passport with me?

No, unfortunately you can't take more people with you. If you get to the venue early you might see them hanging around, but the chances of that are pretty slim.

Hey Jazmin, for every concert they sell a bunch of so called VIP tickets on ebay and donate the earnings. Unfortunately the ones for Vienna were sold weeks ago, so you can't really get them anymore. Sorry!
