It's a smaller size venue - I've been to multiple concerts there and really like it. I'm guessing it will sell out, but more than likely not until it's a bit closer to the time of the actual event; or rather, that's usually what happens (with the exception of Kid Rock, which sold out in record time lol!). Standing room (as in pit) depends on the concert/artist - most of the concerts there are all reserved seats, however there are some exceptions. I'm not certain if this one will be all reserved seats or not. And I did finally get my email, YAY!! : )))

I just saw that it seats 2,700 and it's 45,000 sq ft. Go to the hard rock site and click on the joint.there is also a seating chart

From what I have found on the net it is mostly standing room...looks small considering other venues but I am wondering the same thing...is sale out possible?
