As I was walking into Hotel Deco I saw Brandon.  I looked at him and he stopped and looked at me ( probably because I was wearing my Merch) I couldn't talk he waited for like 5 seconds and then waved and went back on his bus.

It is possible that they will be on at that time.  They have a show the next day in the Washington D.C. and the last time that they were here due to delays in equipment transfers from other bands they didn't play a full set list. I wouldn't doubt if they went on earlier than last time.  

I'm more concerned about the venue myself.  Westfair was perfect and form the satellite photos I've seen I'm worried.

its because the event is a whole day concert outside. so the first band starts playing at 3. incubus won't go on until probably around 10 i'm guessing and normally the show gets over a little after midnight, but this year they said they have fireworks after the show so who knows. that's just how river riot has been in previous years.

weird.. the people putting on the show list 3pm as the start time, that's why i ask.

I'm certain they'll be the headliner and performing last; same as the last time they came (and rightfully so!!!). I'm guessing they'll be on around 9 'ish I think. I believe the show starts within the time range being quoted.
