I just called and finally got through. She said the phone has been blowing up because of the issue. They honored my code though and I got tickets! Hell Yeah! You might try adding 417 before the number when calling...maybe it was just coincidence, but as soon as I did that, it worked.The other times I did it, if you listen long enough it gives you an error after the busy signal.

What the hell!?!?!? It's saying Students and Faculty only for me too. I even talked to the head lady through email the other day and she acted like there wouldn't be an issue. This is bull.
